Who: British Red Cross - Diaspora Humanitarian Partnership Programme
How much: Small grants up to £5,000 or medium grants up to £30,000
What you should know:
- The grants are for diaspora focused organisations for their humanitarian and/or social work either in the UK or in response to crises abroad.
- The grants aim to focus on developing and strengthening the organisations' capacities and/or existing activities.

Who: Youth Endowment Fund with BBC Children in Need and The Hunter Foundation for the Agency Collaboration Fund
How much: Approx £500,000 for five local authority partnerships
What you should know:
- Those funded will test specialist multi-agency and multi-disciplinary teams located in neighbourhoods to support children, young people and their families/carers who are vulnerable to – or experiencing – violence or criminal exploitation outside the home.
- Applications must be led by the local authority and bring together teams from across youth justice services, social care, the police, mental health services, probation, schools and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector
- These teams will work in close partnership with children, young people, parents and carers in their locality to design, deliver and review services that are built around their needs.

Who: National Lottery Community Fund - Climate Action Fund
How much: £500,000 to £1.5m over two to five years. It aims to fund 8-12 projects.
What you should know:
- This funding aims to inspire and support communities across the UK to address the energy and climate crisis. It's looking for projects that show how communities can address climate change while tackling the energy challenges through community-led climate action.
- The fund is looking for projects that will bring a range of benefits to communities, including: improving health and well-being, creating local ’green’ jobs, such as jobs providing low-carbon heat for homes, community energy champions and energy advisors
reducing carbon emissions and supporting communities to be more resilient.

Deadline: Until "at least" December 2023 but will depend on applications.
Who: UK Youth & Pears Foundation
How much: Up to 10% of annual turnover for three years unrestricted
What you should know:
- The organisation must be based and delivering in the UK
- A turnover of less than £500,000 in the last financial year
- Applicant organisation has as its primary purpose the provision of services benefiting young people. At least 70% of applicant organisations’ beneficiaries must be aged 8 – 25 years old.
- Be in operation for at least two years
- Have the appropriate processes, insurances and legislation

Deadline: No closing date, it will remain open whilst funds remain to be distributed.
Who: National Lottery Community Fund - for all areas
How much: Funding between £300 and £10,000
What you should know:
- You can apply for funding to deliver a new or existing activity or to support your organisation to change and adapt to new and future challenges.
- The fund is for projects and organisations with the aim to: build strong relationships in and across communities, improve the places and spaces that matter to communities, help more people to reach their potential by supporting them at the earliest possible stage and support people, communities and organisations that are facing increased demands and challenges as a direct result of the cost-of-living crisis.

Who: National Lottery Community Fund - Reaching Communities England
How much: £10,001 or more, for up to five years
What you should know:
- This programme offers a larger amount of funding (over £10,000) for organisations that work with their community, whether that is for people living in the same area, or people with similar interests or life experiences.

Who: National Lottery Community Fund - Partnerships England
How much: £10,001 or more, for up to five years
What you should know:
- This programme offers a larger amount of funding (over £10,000) for organisations that work together with a shared set of goals to help their community – whether that’s a community living in the same area, or people with similar interests or life experiences.

Who: National Lottery Community Fund - People and places (medium grants) Wales
How much: £10,001 to £10,000
What you should know:
- For projects where people and communities are working together and using their strengths to make positive impacts on the things that matter to them the most.
- The fund can: Support people, communities and organisations that are facing increased demands and challenges as a direct result of the cost-of-living crisis. OR Support people, communities and organisations with the direct and indirect impact of the cost-of-living crisis. OR Support organisations experiencing current cash flow problems resulting from losses or short-term liquidity challenges as a direct result of the cost-of-living crisis

What you should know:
- For projects where people and communities are working together and using their strengths to make positive impacts on the things that matter to them the most.

How much: £100,01 to £150,000
What you should know:
- Funding to support community-led activity and wellbeing.

Who: National Lottery Community Fund - Improving Lives Scotland
How much: £100,01 to £200,000
What you should know:
- To help people facing challenging circumstances.

Who: National Lottery Community Fund - Bringing People Together
How much: Up to a maximum of £1 million for up to five years. It's expected most of the funding will go to projects that request between £200,000 and £500,000. There will be a smaller number of awards for projects above £500,000.
What you should know:
- This funding is for projects that build stronger connections across communities. It's looking for ideas that strengthen these connections by exploring and developing the conditions needed to build better and longer-lasting ways of bringing people together.
- The fund is particularly interested in projects that deliver across at least two UK countries (partnerships count), are bold and experimental responses to bringing people together using new approaches, or a new combination of approaches, can demonstrate clear positive impacts for communities, including those communities most in need of support and have a clear focus on equality, diversity and inclusion
- It must also meet at least one of the priorities here
can demonstrate they can learn and adapt as they go.

What you should know: For projects or services that are being delivered within the City of London Square Mile or the City of London Corporation housing estates across London to fund activity and access where people can come together and stay warm.
