Small charities urged to apply for share of £100,000 in grants

Job search firm CharityJob is inviting small charities to apply for a share of its annual donation pot for the sector.

For 2024 it has made grants totalling £100,000 available to small charities.

Charities with 50 or fewer employees, an income of less than £1m, with a fundraising spend of less than a quarter of their income, and with less than six months of reserves, are eligible to apply.

The closing date for applications is 4 October.

Successful charities will be notified by the week beginning 4 November.

“We see so many inspirational causes through our day-to-day work here at CharityJob and they remind us why we’re here: to help charities find the best people to help them change the world,” said CharityJob co-founder Raya Wexler.

“We’d love to hear from small charities that meet our criteria and warmly encourage you to apply.”
