The Health Lottery Foundation has announced grants worth £200,000 to 12 charities in 2025 to help improve health and wellbeing across Britain.
Selected charities include CAST, Farms for City Children, Feeding Britain and FoodCycle among others.
The grants, which are being delivered in batches worth around £15-20,000, are designed to help chosen charities with a range of projects, such as helping health and social care charities to use AI confidently; improving outdoor learning opportunities; increasing the accessibility of affordable health food; and ensuring no child goes hungry during the school holidays.
“These first 12 grants have been selected based on the impact they make to health and wellbeing,” the foundation’s chief executive, Delva Patman said.
“We are delighted to be able to cover such a broad spectrum of projects, from helping children connect with the outdoors to using AI to improve operations for 50 health and social care charities. It’s a privilege to be able to support these projects. We are grateful to The Health Lottery players, who make these donations possible.”
