Who: Julia and Hans Rausing - Foodbank Fund
How much: Minimum £500, and usually nothing more than 20% of an organisation's annual expenditure
What you should know:
- You must run a foodbank that has been running for a minimum of six months which gives out food parcels at least once a week
- Have an annual income of between £25,000 and £1,000,000 shown in the most recent set of accounts
- The grant can cover costs including Rent, utility and insurance, food purchasing, core staffing costs, volunteer costs and storage and distribution costs

Who: Social Investment Scotland
How much: Between £20,000 and £250,000 for a 50/50 loan-grant split
What you should know:
- The Social Enterprise Just Transition Fund is open to charities in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray and is aligned to the Scottish Government’s Just Transition Fund.
- Eligible charities must show a commitment to improving outcomes for their communities, including creating jobs, improving skills and mitigating against the risks of climate change.

Who: The Woodland Trust
How much: Between £20,000 and £60,000
What you should know:
The grants will be awarded for research projects that aim to address one or more priority research themes within 24 months. These themes are: protect, create and restore with more information linked here.
Small Research Grants are to award funding:
- for novel applied research relevant to the conservation of UK woods and trees
- for short-term, pilot or proof-of-concept research
- to help under-represented and early-career woodland conservation researchers gain experience in leading applied research projects with a practitioner non-government organisation.

Who: Weston Charity Awards 2023
How much: £6,500 plus access to the Pilotlight 360 programme worth an estimated £16,000
What you should know:
- The applications are open to charities working with beneficiaries in the North of England, the Midlands and Wales
- Must specialise in: community, welfare, youth or environment.
- The charity must have at least one paid full-time member of staff in a leadership position and an income of less than £5m a year in addition to delivering a service for at least two years

Who: Lloyds Bank Foundation
How much: £75,000
What you should know:
- The grant is focused on small, local, specialist charities with an income of £25,000 to £500,000
- The charity must have a track record of delivering services, for at least one year, to people aged 17 and over

Who: City of London Corporation campaign
How much: up to £2,000
What you should know: For projects or services that are being delivered within the City of London Square Mile or the City of London Corporation housing estates across London to fund activity and access where people can come together and stay warm.
