Charities are being offered free remote phone services to support their communication challenges during the coronavirus outbreak.
Tech company CircleLoop, a cloud-based phone system for business, has pledged to fund free phone calls to charities that are facing remote-working challenges.
The service will be offered free of charge for the next three months to any existing or new customers who need to facilitate remote, mobile or flexible working at short notice.
Charities that want to implement the internet-based phone system can do so by completing a short online form, with no card or payment details required. The system supports calling, call menus and greetings, voicemail transcription and other features.
