JustGiving has launched its annual award scheme to pay tribute to fundraisers that use the online platform.
This year two new categories have been added including Teen Fundraiser of the Year, to mark the achievements of those aged 13 to 19.
The award scheme already had a young fundraiser of the year category for those under 13 as part of eight awards handed out last year. This was one last year by Max Woosey, who camped outside his home for months in memory of his neighbour and to raise funds for North Devon Hospice.
The other new award this year is for Community Hero of the Year.
“Times have been and continue to be really hard for a lot of people, yet every, single, day I'm in awe of what our incredible fundraisers and crowd funders are doing to make our world a better place,” said JustGiving president and general manager Pascale Harvie.

People have until Monday 29 May to nominate their favourite fundraisers. The winners will be announced at a ceremony at London’s Roundhouse on 25 September.
This year’s headline sponsor for the event is GoCardless.
