Demelza
Dr Shiri Lejay joins children’s charity Demelza as Consultant Paediatrician. Trained in paediatric palliative care at Great Ormond Street Hospital, she brings extensive clinical expertise and experience supporting vulnerable children. Dr Lejay will also collaborate with Evelina London Children’s Hospital, enhancing Demelza’s specialist care across its hospice sites.

Macmillan
Macmillan Cancer Support has appointed Rasha ElKhalili as chief technology & data officer. With over 30 years’ experience leading digital transformation at Spire Healthcare, Tesco, Pandora, and ODEON, Rasha brings deep cross-sector expertise to drive innovation, improve care, and expand access for people living with cancer.

National Pro Bono Centre
The National Pro Bono Centre has appointed Esther McConnell as CEO and Sarah Oliver Scemla to its Board of Trustees.

McConnell joins from the East European Resource Centre, bringing 15+ years in social justice and charity leadership. Oliver, meanwhile, is a senior in-house lawyer at Bank of America, brings 17 years of legal experience and a strong pro bono track record.

RABI
RABI – the Farmers Charity has appointed Mark Herrod as chair, bringing over a decade of rural-sector leadership and strategic management experience.

He is joined by two new trustees: Terry Jones, Director General of the NFU, who brings senior leadership experience from across the food and farming sector, and Tom Rawson, a West Yorkshire dairy farmer and former NFU Dairy Vice Chair.

The charity also thanks outgoing chair John Stanley for his leadership and nearly ten years of service.

Stonewall
Stonewall has appointed four new trustees: Sir Ben Bradshaw, former Minister and the first openly gay MP elected to Parliament; Jake Graf, acclaimed filmmaker and trans advocate; Clare Fielding, the first openly trans leader of a City law firm; and Sean Latus, former senior equity investment lead.
