Who: Make a Difference Locally and Malteasers
How much: 20 donations of up to £500
To note: A £10,000 UK community fund for women. The funding is for local causes that empower and uplift women aged 18 and over. Customers nominate local women’s initiatives. There's no list of participating Nisa stores but look locally for the promotion.
How to apply: Check your local Nisa store for the promotion.
Deadline: 5 August 2025.
Who: The Hilden Charitable Fund
How much: Between £5,000 - £7,000, unrestricted funding available
To note: Funding is available for UK projects under two themes:
Asylum Seekers and Refugees – Supporting services that meet essential needs and promote integration for asylum seekers and refugees (not general migrants).
Penal Affairs – Focused on projects aiding prisoners, especially women, with “through the door” support, family connection, and positive resettlement post-release. Employment-focused projects are not a priority.

Who: Henry Smith Foundation - Together We Begin Fund
How much: Up to £150,000 over three years
To note: The fund supports organisations delivering in-home, face-to-face early years parenting support. It aims to strengthen parenting skills, improve children’s outcomes, reduce stress, and connect families to their communities. Funded work should be community-rooted, inclusive, strengths-based, and focused on lasting impact.

Who: McCarthy Stone Foundation
How much: Up to £7,500 for 20 organisations
To note: Funding is available for initiatives that build social connections for people aged 65+, including befriending services, social groups, and community transport. Dementia-specific organisations are not eligible, as a separate Dementia Grants Programme will launch in Spring 2026.

How much: £75,000 unrestricted for three yeara
To note: For small and local charities working with deaf and disabled people experiencing poverty

Who: National Lottery Awards for All England - Environment
How much: £300 - £20,000 for up to two years
To note: Funding supports community-led projects that improve the environment and help people connect with nature locally. This includes new or ongoing activities, one-off events, and initiatives that tackle environmental challenges and foster local engagement with nature.

Who: National Lottery Community Fund - Climate Action Fund
How much: £500,000 - no maximum
To note: Supports partnership-led projects across the UK that tackle climate change and promote long-term, sustainable action. Funding prioritises initiatives that engage new audiences—especially those facing poverty, discrimination, or disadvantage—and link climate action to everyday life. Projects must show potential for lasting impact, be scalable or replicable, and involve diverse partners, not just climate-focused organisations.

Scotland
Who: National Lottery Community Fund - Supporting Change - Carers
How much: £500,000 - £2m for 5 -10 years plus £50,000 in development funding
To note: This funding supports projects that reduce health inequalities for unpaid carers by driving long-term systems change. It is not for expanding existing services. Projects must involve carers in shaping solutions, collaborate with other organisations, and use evidence to inform and sustain impact. Priority is given to reaching carers who may not identify as such, including parents of disabled children, older carers, young carers, LGBTQ+ and ethnically minoritised carers.

How much: Up to £5,000 per grant
To note: Available for work South East Dorset around Community, Education, Faith, Youth, Wellbeing, Environment, and disadvantage.
