Automotive industry charity Ben has promoted its health and wellbeing director Rachel Clift to be its next chief executive.
She will lead the charity from November and replaces Zara Ross, who is retiring after eight years in the role.
Ross will continue to work with the charity, which supports the wellbeing of those who work in the automotive industry as well as their families. From November she will be its transfer programme director to support the transfer of care services to new operators.
Clift’s promotion comes after she joined the charity six years ago to head up its health and wellbeing support services.
The charity aims to treble its reach by 2030.
“I’m thrilled to be assuming the role of CEO at Ben and I’m excited about leading the charity through its biggest phase of transformation yet,” said Clift.
