Title: Charity Law and Governance Certificate
Do good with governance.
Expert training for charity governance professionals. ICSA: The Governance Institute is committed to the promotion of good governance across the third sector. As charities face greater scrutiny of their legal and regulatory responsibilities, ICSA is there to impart the skills and knowledge professionals need to make the right strategic choices and enable their organisations to thrive in a more complex operational environment.

The Charity Law and Governance Certificate is the only introductory-level qualification of its kind. It gives you an understanding of your legal and regulatory obligations and can help you to find effective solutions in meeting these and the responsibilities of your governing document. It also gives you the tools to help develop high standards of governance as laid out in the Charity Governance Code.
