Emily is an organisational development & talent management leader with 20 years experience in the charity sector. Currently, she is the first Head of Talent & Career Development at the RSPCA, leading and establishing the organisation's talent strategy. Prior to the RSPCA Emily held roles at WaterAid and Cancer Research UK, working across talent management, leadership & management development, learning & development and talent acquisition. Emily is an advocate for career development for working parents and women, and is currently a mentor for Leaders Plus.
