Geraint Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of PLUS, a UK-based learning disability charity supporting individuals to live full and independent lives through a “go anywhere, do anything” approach.
Since becoming CEO, Geraint has led a period of significant organisational development, combining operational discipline with a strong focus on innovation and growth. He is particularly interested in how technology and AI can be applied practically within the social care sector to improve safety, efficiency, and decision-making.
Drawing on earlier experience working in the submarine environments—where innovation and safety are inseparable—Geraint brings a disciplined, systems-focused approach to implementing technology in high-risk, real-world settings.
Geraint is currently leading PLUS through an ambitious growth strategy, focused on scaling impact while maintaining high-quality, person-centred support.
