Speaker Profile: Sam Reeve

Sam Reeve is Head of Innovation and Change in Technology at the British Heart Foundation, where she leads a cross functional team that work at the intersection of digital innovation and change adoption. Established in 2023, Sam’s team focus on helping the charity test and translate emerging technology - particularly AI - into everyday value and practice by understanding how people think, feel and behave during change. More recently, Sam and her team have played a central role in shaping the charity’s first AI strategy and delivering its first enterprise‑grade AI capability - moving AI from concept to practical use at scale. With over 15 years experience working on Technology Transformation Programmes and a Masters in Organisational Psychology, Sam is passionate about proving that Technology adoption is less about process compliance and more about changing habits in complex, real‑world contexts. Her work was recognised in 2024 when she received the Charity Times Award for Technology Change Project of the Year.
