Paul has worked with and for charities for the past 30 years. He is the Chief Executive of the multi award winning SJOG, Chair of Trustees at Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans, and is on the governing body of the Fatebenefratelli which, through 100,000 colleagues and volunteers, support 7 million people a year in 52 countries.

Paul is the co-author of 'We're here to help' a guide for charities, and was recognised as the Third Sector Leader of the Year in 2020.
