Speaker profile: Dawn Vickers

Dawn Vickers is an experienced leader within the charity and voluntary sector, with a successful background in strategic development, widening participation and developing partnerships and relationships to strengthen the collective voice to break down barriers to inclusion. Dawn is a skilled networker who loves to meet new people and find ways to work in partnership. She is an ambassador for inclusion, enabling people to overcome any barriers they face and focusing on their talents and abilities. She is also a founder director for Spring Into Action and Meet and Match, both organisations supporting people with disabilities to live the life that they want to live. Dawn's brother Craig has Down's syndrome and Autism and is the inspiration that motivates her to be involved with organisations that drive inclusion.
