EDP Drug & Alcohol Services is a thriving medium sized charity with a positive reputation for performance, quality and innovation. We work across Devon and Dorset, primarily with people affected by drug and alcohol use. Over the past year we have successfully re-secured our four core service contracts in competitive tendering processes and re-positioned ourselves as the lead for two community-based drug and alcohol contracts.
We want to see more people living fulfilling lives. We work with people in the community and in prisons to help them change both harmful behaviours and harmful situations. We build on peoples' strengths, on their hopes, aspirations, potential and hidden talents.
The Director of Services role will be highly influential and key to our success, making sure that we continue to deliver and develop high performing, quality services, which make a real, measurable difference to the people we work with. The post holder will oversee the development and delivery of innovative and developing service models, a participative and collaborative culture and integrated, system-wide approaches to service delivery, working closely with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be an effective leader with a proven track record of driving successful change management, high performance, continued service improvement and innovation. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage drug and alcohol service contracts, involving staff, service users and partners and working collaboratively across systems to benefit the people we work with.
If you feel you have the skills, experience, values, drive and enthusiasm to join and lead this dynamic, expanding charity we would like to hear from you as soon as possible.
